The Forestry Commission Training Centre (FCTC) is headed by a Director who is responsible for the overall management of the Centre.
Supporting is a team of 3 functional units (Forestry Unit, Wood industry Unit, and Wildlife unit),instructors, field supervisors and technicians.
The HR and Finance units provide support services for the smooth operation of the Centre. The Centre has a 7-member management team. The Centre also has 11-member Technical Training Committee(TTC) that provides guidance and advice
